The Hill.com reported yesterday that Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) is requesting a Senate hearing to investigate Canadian Pacific’s proposed takeover of Norfolk Southern. The Hill quoted Manchin as describing the proposal as a “Wall Street takeover.”
